• As a licensed contractor with a background in professional estate and property management, I bring a perspective to real estate that goes well beyond buying and selling. My experience includes property assessments, appraisal knowledge, construction and renovation, contractor coordination, building systems and maintenance. That hands-on experience allows me to look at a property from both a real estate and practical construction standpoint.

Whether buying or selling, I combine market insight, construction knowledge, property management experience, and genuine enthusiasm to make the process informed, professional, exciting, and anything but ordinary.
